Frequently advertised as "two years that will change your life. 3 rotations. Locations in 190 countries. The world is your oyster." This is framed as a positive. It hints at adventure and aims to appeal to those who are eager to have a transformative, growth experience. Share your experience if you've overcome this before and frame it as something that's behind you in your life. If traveling abroad is something you haven't experienced before, and if you have reservations, best to explore your resilience in this regard prior to the interview. If you're not sure if you're cut out for it, best to explore that before the interview. Such self-doubts or reservations are likely to sneak out and come across for a red flag.

Using that as an excuse will only reveal you haven't done your research prior to the interview, and serve as a red flag that you really aren't interested in the opportunity.
