One minute, you can be arranging the fueling and loading of an aircraft and the next you can be handling an issue with a passenger preparing to board a different airplane. Because of the mass chaos that airport operations often see, your interviewer will be looking to hear that you have the skills to stay organized and on task throughout your work day by posing this question to you. To stay organized, I of course have my company email and calendar that I use for daily or weekly task tracking. I also always have a small notepad and paper on me to write down specific tasks each day.
