The interviewer does not expect you to reinvent their entire organization; they are looking at how you would contribute to their organization and how well you would embrace their offerings. Align yourself with their core values and determine how your best professional self would deliver according to these guidelines: "We act with integrity. We speak up for what's right, even when that's the harder option. We make a difference. We stay informed and proactively look for ways to better our world. We care. About each other, about our clients, about empowering everyone to do their best. We work together. We know feedback, collaboration and diverse perspectives make our work stronger. We reimagine the possible. At PwC, we innovate, we test, we iterate and we learn along the way."

"I look forward to helping PwC be more profitable every day. During my application process, I conducted a lot of research on your organization. One area of opportunity I noticed was your social media presence. A strong presence on Instagram can draw users to your website, creating more opportunities to educate potential clients. I also specialize in workforce optimization, so I always see room for opportunity in that realm. When I applied to PwC online, I saw some areas where the application process could be streamlined, saving time and frustration. I would be happy to walk you through my ideas."

"By being me. I already inherently embrace the core values and ideologies that make PwC stand apart from the rest. I pride myself on my integrity and doing what is right, speaking up for what's right, especially when it is the toughest option. I try to make a positive impact on everything I do. I stay informed, and this is how I earn the trust of my clients by being a trusted, go-to resource. I would help make PwC more profitable by being the best representative I could be and being a model example of what they are already doing right."

That is a very good question. I truly believe in customer satisfaction. Given the nature of the project, the team, and the client, I will always look for an opportunity to bring sales to PWC. For example, if the client has a feature in mind, I would encourage them to sign additional hours with PWC for the feature completion, which will bring the client the revenue, and also for PWC with the signed additional hours
