The interviewer aims to assess your leadership background and potential. Whether you've formally or informally trained other consultants throughout your career, share any relevant stories that speak to the transferable leadership skills you hope to bring with you to PwC, whether you've led teams, helped others along, shared tips and tricks of the trade, or are self-managed in your work and lead by example. If you have supervised or trained junior consultants, discuss how many, what your process was, and the tools and resources you used. "We strive to help our people develop their skills as leaders and provide a collaborative work environment that is powered by cutting-edge technology."

Kimberly is a freelance writer and editor with a decade of experience in the education field, including her time as a pre-kindergarten teacher.
"I have not been asked to train any other consultants in my career formally; however, I do make it a habit of taking our firms' newer consultants under my wing to ensure they are off to a successful start. I will share with them some tools and resources that I find helpful and remind them that my door is open whenever they have a question. I am very open to formal leadership opportunities should those arise with PwC."

I enjoy training my colleagues with my current employer. I have played an important role in the knowledge transfer process across different departments. I have trained the internal QA team about the product and the new Sales member in London this year on the various aspects of our product. I have made sure the internal team knows that I am always available for any questions.

Excellent! It sounds like you are very experienced when it comes to training new employees. Make sure to start your answer with a definitive 'yes' (and then launch into your explanation). Have you also supervised other employees? If so, be sure to emphasize this as well. Also, consider talking more about exactly how you carried out the training of the internal QA team and sales members. Additional details will make your answer even more memorable to the interviewer!

I have hired, onboarded, supervised, trained, and managed teams of up to 25 people in my past experiences.

Amanda's Feedback
This is an answer you can build on. It sounds like you have substantial supervisory and training experience. You can improve this answer by telling the interviewer more about that experience. Consider telling the interviewer which roles you've held in the past, how many you trained or supervised in each role, what kind of training you provided, and what skills you used to successfully coach others to succeed in their roles. This helps the interviewer understand both the depth and breadth of your supervisory and training experience.
