A Point of Sales (POS) system is the system used for completing customer transactions. There are various systems available for the restaurant industry, including Lightspeed, Square, Clover, etc. You may not be familiar with the POS systems used at Panera Bread, but if you have used one in the past, you know that much of your knowledge will be transferable as most systems have a similar interface and are user friendly. Discuss your experience with POS systems and assure the interviewer that you will learn Paneras' procedures quickly.
