Panera Bread has an excellent training program. In which area do you feel you need the most training?

"I have heard that Panera Bread offers a robust training program, and I look forward to the opportunity to learn and grow in the restaurant industry. When it comes to the responsibilities of this role and feeling fully prepared, I would like to learn more about health and food safety.
