"I carefully researched Netflix's culture and values before applying to this role, and then I dug deeper into my research while preparing for this interview. Netflix highlights ten core values, including Judgment, Communication, Curiosity, Courage, Passion, Selflessness, Innovation, Inclusion, Integrity, and Impact. I appreciate all of these values and am ready to live them every day while interacting with my team members, leaders, and candidates I engage. The three values that resonate the most with me include Courage, Inclusion, and Impact. Courage means making tough decisions, and I appreciate that Netflix highlights the importance of making tough decisions without agonizing. As a talent acquisition professional, I will make timely decisions on candidates based on what is best for Netflix, even if it's uncomfortable to tell someone that they are not moving forward in the interview and hiring process. Inclusion guides me to help my team make hiring decisions that embrace the onboarding of people with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
