I enjoy working with managers who are enthusiastic in their work; I find that sort of ethic infectious and makes me want to meet their expectations and my own. During the year, I worked as a trainee buyer, and the feedback I got from my supervising buyer was regular, and criticism was purposeful and positive. I would love to work with a manager like that again as I felt supported and appreciated.
