"I love that recognition is one of the company values here -- it's really important to me that my managers show appreciation for their teams and recognize hard work. I would incorporate this value into my work at Lidl by taking time to recognize the skills, strengths, and accomplishments of my teammates. After all, anything we achieve at the store is a group effort."

Working as a team is very important to me, and I love that recognition is one of the company values here. I think it is important to respect and recognize each other's skills and strengths to move toward our goal, and I would certainly do this for my coworkers and customers if I joined the Lidl team.
