"I like to think about criticism and challenges as opportunities for growth -- about a year ago, I made it a common practice to ask my managers for feedback on my work regularly so that I have an understanding of what I'm doing well and how I can improve. It never feels good to be criticized at the time, but I really believe that I've only ever become a better worker as a result of criticism from my managers."

As I currently work in the art industry, almost all work is put to the designer or art director to be signed off. As these are collaborative, we will have discussed the task beforehand, so there are usually not many issues. If there are any issues, I think it is important not to take these criticisms to heart, we are working towards the same end goal, and we need to communicate. I am grateful for the feedback and second opinion.

This is a good general overview; however, behavioral-based questions (especially queries that begin with 'Tell me about a time...') should follow the STAR framework of Situation, Task, Action, Result. Try using a specific example of a time when you received feedback from a manager, outlining the story using STAR.
