"I grew up in Germany, and my family were die-hard Lidl shoppers, so when I found out that Lidl was expanding into the US at the exact same time I was ready to reenter the workforce after raising my family, I knew I wanted to apply for a position here. Besides the unique approach Lidl has to grocery shopping, I also appreciate the stability and track-record of a nearly 100 year old company; I would feel very secure about my future working for a company like this."

I have spent some time on your website, and I was so impressed with what I read. From the way they treat their employees to their suppliers, it is clear they care about people. As well as this, the responsibility they have taken with their effect on the planet, from work on packaging to using renewable energy, is overwhelmingly impressive. I am proud to be a customer and would be delighted to work for a company that aligns itself to so many of my personal ideals.
