We're very team-oriented here at Lidl, and the interviewer will be trying to see how you may fit on the existing team at the store. I used to be very insecure about my strengths, but in recent years I've been working on becoming more self-confident, and now I would say my confidence is one of the most important parts of my personality. It pushes me to do my best and helps me feel comfortable enough to ask questions and learn more when I don't know the answer to something."

Interviewers appreciate learning about multiple aspects of a candidate's personality, so try to mention at least a couple more traits such as focused, energetic, extroverted, quiet, or determined.
