I'm really eager to get started, nerves and all!"

I can be shy at first and sometimes struggle with my confidence. I have worked hard on this in the last few years and actively try to be more outgoing. A new team and a new job make me feel a bit nervous, but nerves can be good too sometimes, and I am eager for a career change and ready to dive into the challenge.
