How you answer will help them evaluate where you fall on the scale of being an asset versus a liability and whether you are a risk taker or are risk averse. Your approach and ability to be decisive and diplomatic have the potential to positively or negatively impact the morale and the trust of your teams. Share the pros and cons you take into consideration when facing a no-win scenario, the measures you take towards damage control, and what you do to reduce the impact as much as possible.
