This question aims to answer how competitive an employee you'll be and whether you actively anticipate and adapt to any changes that could impact your profession, from evolving technologies to automation to breaking trends or developments. Being up to date on industry terms, trends, and news is critical in a fast-moving industry like IT and IT services. This question offers you an opportunity to showcase yourself as a trusted resource, as informed and in the know. Speak briefly about the specific sources you refer to and exhibit how in charge of your development you are. Wrap up your response by asking the interviewer for their opinion on the outlook of the industry. This question could spark an insightful and helpful conversation.

"This industry is ever-changing, and I have a keen interest in keeping up-to-date on those changes. I regularly read a few great online publications, including PC Mag and Wired. Do you have any recommendations for great resources?"
