Focus on describing that you work well independently and work well with teams. The interviewer wants to hear that you can work in different types of situations but that you do not need close supervision.
If you want to be considered for the position, avoid saying that you require close supervision. The interviewer wants an RN case manager who is comfortable working alone but knows when to ask a supervisor for assistance with a case.
