Focus on describing your written and verbal communication skills. If you have a former supervisor who commented on your excellent communication skills in a letter of recommendation or performance review, use their description in your response. The interviewer wants to know that you can speak clearly with others while properly documenting reports and other forms of written communications.

I took two years of leadership and communication courses in college and honed my verbal and written communication skills. I have a copy of a letter of recommendation from my professor highlighting these skills if you would like to see it."
