"I aim to understand the big picture goals regarding changes implemented at work. I don't have to like them; I just need to support them. There is probably a good reason those changes were implemented, and that's okay. So long as nobody is hurt or dishonest, I'll do whatever I can to support the company's direction and make sure everything keeps running smoothly. Just give me the tools to do my job, and I'll perform to the best of my ability."

During times of change within a company, there will always be those who confuse the messaging coming down from the top as a sign of job insecurity. Although this may sometimes ring true, it is not always the case. Regardless, your interviewer needs to ensure you wouldn't be a source of dissent among their teams. The last thing they want to do is hurt their reputation by hiring someone they might regret bringing on board. So try to reflect the right attitude, being optimistic and supportive of your leadership and the direction the company takes. Show that you ask questions, taking efforts to get a clearer idea of the big picture, and that you share that vision whenever you can.
