"I try to foster a pace for myself and the teams I work with that is a fit for the demands of our stakeholders and for the individuals on my teams. I typically find myself in alignment with fast-paced initiatives that are iterative and have a high rate of change. I work to lead by example in this type of environment. For example, as a strategist, I always have an eye on the big picture, but I ensure that there are a number of tactical activities moving the teams forward at any given time.
