Likewise, I would spend time with my stakeholder groups to understand their operations and their needs. These shadowing and information-gathering efforts would serve as a foundation to bridge groups together.
I would facilitate discussions each time I identify potential conflicts or collaboration opportunities across groups. I would help them to understand the operations and perspectives of each area so that we could effectively identify the highest value solutions.
