What qualities of a company's culture would be a red flag for you?

"I thrive in cultures that allow teams to develop workstyles and dynamics that are the best fit for their unique needs. Stringent processes and procedures have a place in many companies and add tremendous value in some cases. However, cultures in which adherence to processes that are clearly not working is enforced, or when large organizations adopt one-size-fits-all models that do not allow for flexibility are a red flag for me. I feel creativity and innovation are stifled in that type of setting."
