Amanda's Feedback

I really like that you have a clear goal in mind! Employers often ask this question to gain greater insight into your future goals and how those goals match up with the position you're applying for. Where possible, use this question to draw connections between your career goal (working for first-class international flights) and the skills or traits the role you're applying to would help you gain in preparation for achieving your 5-year goal. This makes it clear that you would be motivated to succeed in this role and that you would like to grow with the company over time.
