Personality fit is important to us at Delta Air Lines. How would you describe your personality?

Amanda's Feedback

You've chosen really strong characteristics that are especially valuable when interacting with customers. You can give this answer even more impact by briefly sharing how each of those would benefit you, your team members, or customers in the role you're applying to. For example, perhaps your warm nature helps you build rapport with customers. Maybe your ability to take initiative helps your team stay on track, and your confidence helps you face challenges knowing you can overcome them. Sharing how these qualities are beneficial rather than just stating them makes your response more memorable and unique to you.
