How do you determine priorities when you have multiple tasks at hand?
When you feel torn between multiple projects or tasks, how do you decide which one needs your attention the most? Assure the interviewer that you can be diligent when it comes to assessing your priorities.
"I will determine which project requires my attention by the amount of hours we are behind and then the project size. I am comfortable delegating tasks when needed but I am also aware that these times will require an additional commitment of hours from me. Never have I under delivered on a deadline."

I will determine my plan of action by deadlines, then by the size of the project. Then, when necessary I will delegate tasks to complete each task in a timely manner. Deadlines are my fuel.

Assuring the interviewer that you stay organized and break tasks down into manageable pieces to ensure projects are completed on time is a great way to start. You can strengthen your answer by showcasing how your strategies work well. Talk about a time when you were able to manage competing priorities in such a way that everything was completed on time and with excellence. This helps the interviewer see that you have experience handling multiple needs simultaneously and doing it well.
