This question can be a bit tricky to answer since you don't want to give a reply that will make you seem like a bad fit for this role. Honestly, this is my dream job. I really believe I was born to do this job. Blending fashion with music and strategy... it doesn't get any better than that. The only position huger would be a senior-level role in the same field, but trust me this is the dream job. Especially for a legendary label like Capitol.
