All the time. Dealing with 3rd parties, independent contractors, freelancers, talent, and production things are always unclear. I coped by communicating the best way that I could and making sure everyone is on the same page. Another example is when I was a routing technician for Comcast cable. Being responsible for technicians' meeting appointments; I had to learn the entire job on the fly. Some days technology didn't work but I still found ways to communicate with the customer and technicians to solidly the best service possible.
