The interviewer would like to know more about your post-secondary education, and how it will benefit Capitol Records, should you be hired. Expand on what you already have laid out on your resume and be prepared to discuss how particular coursework will translate well into this role.
If you bring post-graduate work experience, give examples of how your education has helped you succeed in your career up to this point.
If you are a recent graduate, you could choose to discuss one or two classes that equipped you with skills you can apply to this job.

My post-secondary education applies directly toward the music and entertainment industry because that's essentially the industry I've been affiliated with most honestly. Fashion goes hand and hand with music and entertainment. They are similar because there's a lot of independent variables that all need to line up and work together in order for a launch to be successful. Teamwork is everything and losing ego for the sake of the project is key. All things I have learned from experience post-graduation.

Good start, but your response lacks specifics related to your post-secondary education. To strengthen your response, provide details to demonstrate your education will be beneficial to Capitol Records, should you be hired. If you have an undergraduate degree, be sure to highlight it for the interviewer, along with any courses that relate to the role. If your post-secondary education is not applicable, I would suggest marketing your transferrable skills more clearly (How many years of experience do you have in the fashion industry? What specific skills have you learned that translate to the role you are applying to?)
Prepare for questions about legendary artists, catalog knowledge, and music industry expertise.
