"When we were speaking earlier, about sales targets in this position, you mentioned that most new sales professionals hit their KPI's after 120 days. If hired today, my goal would be to exceed my KPI's after the first 90 days. I plan to make a positive impact very quickly."

After being hired today I would learn as much as possible about the current campaigns along with the upcoming campaigns. I would then figure out what KPIs are needed to be hit and what the standards are for turning in work/meeting deadlines. Lastly, I would ask a lot of questions individually and in meetings to get the best understanding of the position as possible.

This is a good start. You have included numerous steps you would take to increase your knowledge about the expectations of the position. However, as the questions ask you what you would accomplish first, consider identifying a specific goal you would focus on, and outline how you plan to achieve that goal. This will demonstrate to the interviewer that you have a strategic plan to make an impact on the business, should you be the successful candidate.
