To win her over; I invited her on a business trip for an out-of-town client. I wanted her to meet my clients and spend one-on-one time together. We bonded as humans, mothers, and sales executives. She learned a lot about the company and industry, and I learned a lot about what skills she brought from her previous roles."

Almost every professional has interacted with someone who can be described as difficult at some point in their career. Your interviewer wants to know if you can handle this type of situation with the level of professionalism and care required for success at British Airways. Avoid speaking poorly of anyone within your response and choose an example that ended positively if possible.
