Convince your interviewer that you understand and resonate with the five pillars of Bombardier's culture. They are People and Customers, Performance, Excellence, Teamwork, and Authenticity. Next, select one or two of the pillars you are passionate about or exceptionally skilled in and provide an example of how you can add value in that area.
I was pleased to learn about Bombardier's culture and values while preparing for this interview. I share similar values and enjoy working in a strong culture similar to Bombardier's. I appreciate that the five pillars are direct, easy to understand, and can be adopted holistically throughout the organization.
While I resonate with each of the five pillars, I believe I can add the most value in the areas of People and Customers and Teamwork. I have a solid track record of providing exceptional customer service and I will bring those skills to the XYZ role here at Bombardier.
