"As a manager, I know the most important action I can take to add value to the diversity and inclusion culture of my company is to lead by example. I encourage my teams to embrace differences and share ideas freely. I also encourage everyone to find some way to participate directly in diversity and inclusion initiatives beyond the required training.
I currently facilitate a women's leadership mentoring program. I helped establish goals and guidelines and I recruit mentors to partner with our aspiring leaders. I really enjoy this aspect of my work and look forward to getting involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives if hired at Bombardier."
