Show your enthusiasm when answering this question and show off your expertise. However, your interviewer will appreciate it if you also express a willingness, and even eagerness, to explore an area of technology that you are not as familiar with.
"I've been playing around with computers since I was about five years old, taking them apart and putting them back together again. I'm an engineer at heart and love figuring out how things work.
