Tell me about your retail experience. What was the most challenging position you have held? Which was your favorite and why?

"I have worked in retail for the past eight years. My most challenging position was with Company ABC. I found it challenging because it was a different industry than I was accustomed to. I learned a great deal during that time. This position was also my favorite because it was such a great challenge. I like to be pushed beyond my boundaries. It keeps me motivated to be better."

"My most challenging position was my job as a sales associate for a home goods store. It was an extremely competitive environment, and we were encouraged to do anything to make the sale. I found it challenging because I am not an aggressive salesperson, but I learned a lot about sales. While I eventually decided that I didn't fit well in that environment, I'm grateful for the experience.

My favorite position was my previous job as an IT technician. I enjoyed helping our clients solve their tech problems and teaching them how to avoid future issues. I look forward to combining my love of fixing and teaching about technology with my sales experience."
