How to Answer
This is usually the first question asked in an interview. The interviewer is hoping for a brief introduction to who you are. They've had a chance to read your resume, but they want to know what you think is important to know about you.
A great way to answer this question is to walk the interviewer through your professional history. Tell the interviewer where you have been - your educational and professional background. Then, tell the interviewer where you are now. Explain what you are looking for at this point in your career. Finally, tell the interviewer where you would like to go. Tell them about your career goals and how this job will help you reach them.

"I graduated high school last year and am now a freshman in college studying IT. I'm looking for a job that could serve as an introduction to the field, and I think Best Buy fits that role perfectly. In my spare time, I love playing video games, and I just recently joined my college's intermural volleyball team."
