"In my previous position, I was always looking for ways to deliver our goods and services to our customers. For example, I worked with our IT team to develop a company app to allow customers to order and pick up their goods through contactless methods because of the pandemic. I love to study new ways that our competitors are reaching their guests to learn how to improve. I know BMW has a track record for constantly refining its product. I believe I will fit right into that kind of culture."
