The interviewer needs to know that you will not be so focused on making a sale that you will forget to listen to a customer's specific needs and wants. In addition, how you take care of a guest after the sales can be an indicator of how much you care about excellence. Be positive with the interviewer about your commitment to doing your very best and why customer feedback is important in retaining customers.
