BECU wants to know if their salary offering will be enough to win you over. Often, potential employers base your offer on what you are currently earning. So, although this question may feel very direct, the better you answer it, the higher the chance that your job offer will be satisfactory.
If you can, be transparent about your most recent earnings and your future expectations. Keep your answer simple, and to the point. It is okay to ask the interviewer what they are offering in return!
