Would you say that you are a goal-oriented person on the job? Why would you say that?
Success in business consulting is most often measured by the achievement of goals for clients, and your interviewer will want to hear that you are driven by goals and have the ability to set them as well. Give an example of a time you set and worked towards a goal as part of a team effort. Describe your part in the achievement of the goals and your ability to stay focused on the result.
"If hired for this position, one of the first things that you'll learn about me is that I am very driven to succeed in all that I do on the job. My drive centers on goals and my desire to achieve them. I have the focus to set goals and work towards goals that are set by my organization, my leaders, or my customers, and I would bring this ability to each client that I work with here at AlphaSights Ltd."
"I would say that I am goal-oriented in my work. In project management, I work off of both time-related goals and production-related goals, and these drive my daily tasks and my delegation of responsibilities to other team members. If given the opportunity to come work for AlphaSights Ltd, my clients would benefit from my ability to both set and achieve goals with them."

I am extremely goal-oriented in my career and personal life. I enjoy setting strategic SMART goals and then forming smaller objectives as stepping stones to success. The concept of measuring success is very important to me; it allows you to know when it's time to celebrate or when it's time to re-evaluate. Goal setting helps bring awareness to any adjustments that may need to be made to the process, organization, and time management before it is too late to pivot.

SMART goals are a great way to set targets! Any interviewer should be happy with this response. Beware of swapping between 'I' language and 'You' language - I've offered a slight revision for you :)
