As a consultant with AlphaSights Ltd, you will be relied upon to build trust with our clients as you work with them on financial stability and well-being. How would you build trust with a new client?

"In this role, I think it will be important to demonstrate my value to my clients from the start, and I would do this by using examples of prior successes and demonstrating my knowledge in the financial world. If I portray myself as a subject matter expert, they will be more willing to open up and be honest with me from the start, and that is the only way we will go anywhere in our client-consultant relationship. Communication will also be of utmost importance. I am a firm believer in regular updates on the progress of my work, and I wouldn't hesitate to give updates to any of the key stakeholders that work for my clients."

"In the consultation world of finance, I think the key components to building rapport with clients are a positive attitude and a genuine focus on their business. From the start, I would strive to know the client's business and put forth an effort to show that I am invested in their processes and successes just as much as an employee of the organization. This investment suits my personality, as I can only do a top-notch job if I am invested in a project."
