"I never take anything personally. I objectify any situation. I'm a solution-oriented person, and assigning blame offers no solutions. However, there is something to learn from objectifying every situation. Examining a situational failure or success is worth an analytical view. If someone is communicating something to me, I listen, mirror, and do my best to communicate in a non-defensive manner. I feel emotionally grounded and secure."
