In all honestly, I would probably just finish the work for them without saying anything as opposed to causing a fuss. You cannot force people to want to work but you can control how hard you work. I like to keep my focus on my own personal performance and let the rest speak for itself. In the situation where safety or excellent service are impacted, I wouldn't hesitate to approach a leader."
