The hiring manager needs to know that you can handle the stress of meeting customers' demands without complaining or acting inconvenienced. This is an opportunity to demonstrate the commitment you have to great customer service.

"In my previous position, customers were constantly interrupting our day, and I didn't mind one bit. Without our guests, none of us would have a job. So, even though I might be in the middle of something, I would try to put that aside, so that I could give the customer my undivided attention. after they were gone, I would try to get back on task if possible. I am sure that I can handle the stress that I know is going to come with the job."
