Talk to the interviewer about your ability to handle customers when their expectations are not met. Be positive in your answer, so that the interviewer feels that your desire is always to please the guest as much as you are able to.

"In my previous position, from time to time, we had dissatisfied customers who were upset about something. I find that listening to customers is almost always enough when it comes to diffusing a situation. Most of the time, they want to be heard and feel acknowledged. Once that happens, the guest is much more willing to listen to a solution to their issue."
