The interviewer is looking to determine whether your personality lends itself to structure (always doing the same thing) or if you are a person who thrives on multitasking (handling many tasks at one time). Be confident in the way you tend to be, but do not neglect the times you have had to work outside your comfort zones. Assure the interviewer that you can be successful either way.
"I prefer working in a more predictable environment because I can be more effective in my tasks, and I know exactly what is expected from me. With that said, I can certainly work in an unpredictable environment from time to time, and I love to do so as a change of pace."
