Choose an example of an accomplishment in college, an award you won, or a time you took on a project because you saw it needed to be done. For example, you could discuss a time you stepped up to fill in the gaps on your team when someone left for another job. Your answer should show that your accomplishments and skills are transferable and relevant to the role. Use the STAR approach and set up the Situation, the Task, the Action you took, and the Results of those actions. Using this approach will make organizing your thoughts easier.
