Do you have any questions for us?

This question is asked in nearly every interview, and you should have questions ready for the interviewer. By asking questions you show that you have enough interest to take the time to do some research and that you want to learn all you can. Your limit should be three or four questions. Ask questions that focus on areas where you can be an asset. Other options include asking what your position would be and how fast they expect you to become productive. Also, you could ask about the next steps in the process and when to expect to hear about the position.

"I'd love to hear more about the company culture and how the company is performing. What makes you happy to come to work each day? What is the greatest challenge facing the company, and what are the company's goals for the upcoming year?"
