There are many excellent questions you could ask a temp candidate, but the bottom line is, you want to make sure they have an investment in this opportunity, are reliable, and trustworthy. One of the best questions you could ask a temporary candidate is if they are looking for a permanent opportunity down the road. If a temp employee's desire is to be hired on a full-time, permanent basis eventually, there's a great chance they will perform to the best of their ability. Tell the interviewer the most important question you ask in an interview and be prepared to discuss why this question matters.
