This question is another way of asking what your weaknesses are as a recruiter. You will want to discuss an area where you could use further clarification or training, without bringing up a point that would be detrimental to your candidacy. For instance, a recruiter should never say that they could work on their desire to make phone calls. Why? Because a temp recruiter spends most of their day 'smiling and dialing!'
