The interviewer wants to discover more about what makes you passionate about being a leader. Being a support person and mentor to new social workers is a great motivator to share! You could also include a statement or two about the volume of employees you've managed or mentored in the past or a favorite moment that stands out to you as a leader as well. Maybe the success of a new social worker or something of the like.
