"For me, planning is key. As early as the previous week, I plot my targets for the upcoming week. When Monday comes, I schedule the calls I need to make for the next several days and write down the goals for each of those calls. A productive day for me is one where I can move closer to my targets. I ensure that my calendar is filled with a good mix of activities so that I don't feel burnt out at the end of the day."
